Ok, I was really looking forward to getting this book and was really disappointed. I think I thought the houses would be better designed and more interesting. I have friends who have nicer houses than these. I should have returned the book but it came when I was traveling and I just never got around to doing it. Save your money for something better.
The book is beautifully written, the pictures are wonderful. It is very modern, so if your taste runs toward traditional or anything else, this book is not for you.
I was disappointed in this book simply because the homes featured are too modern for my taste. It would have been nice to see a variety of home styles. I believe the description of the book mentions "modern", but it should really indicate that all the homes are modern in style. I definitely would not have purchased it had I known.
One of the best design books I have bought in a long time. Inspiring ideas and beautiful photography on every page.

Iannacci has truly captured the essence of well designed residences in the Hamptons. I am a design professional and have enjoyed the book so much, that I have given it to other design professionals; this is my third book, and suspect that it will not b e my last.
Incredible pictures and intelligent design portrayed in the images. Got great ideas from the book!
