This book has a lot of nice color photographs. There is plenty of scenery, some wildlife of the Land of Enchantment, and some old southwestern architecture. I recommend this book to someone going to New Mexico.
Enjoyable for remembering home, as a reference for drawing or painting, for ideas on how to set up a patio or portal.Good photography with minimal text.
My wife is an amateur photographer. I purchased this for her. She was delighted to have this and to get ideas from this book. My family is from New Mexico, but my wife is from Indiana. She has always been intrigued with the Southern Colorado and New Mexico landscape.
I'd recommend this to anyone interested in such a beautiful state! The pictures are truly breath-taking. The most inspiring were the geologic structures and cultural snapshots!
